  • Meeting registration management through iMIS database / Customer service for pre-registrations & group registrations
  • Design and Distribution of HTML E-blasts (Marketing / Member Communication)
  • Distribution of Chapter E-bulletins using ACSM e-marketing tool
  • Design and management of chapter web site (Using 3rd party vendor)
  • Design & Facilitation of online membership/meeting surveys
  • Design & Facilitation of online election facilitation
  • Facilitation of chapter-focused ACSM Deskside Learning Program (a distance education program to reach out to individuals at their homes or offices)
  • Teleconferencing service arrangement (chapter responsible for fees)
  • Direct deposit of chapter funds
  • Monthly welcome e-mails to new/renewing chapter members
  • Monthly financial reports to Executive Directors
  • Provide labels and/or electronic contact information for ACSM members and/or certified professionals for marketing chapter programs/membership
  • Newsletter support/distribution (chapter responsible for postage if mailed)
  • Write articles and/or provide information for chapter newsletters
  • Letterhead, envelope and business card design/printing (design is free, but chapter is responsible for printing costs)
  • Handouts for meetings (Marketing materials for ACSM program/events)
  • Chapter annual meeting support (financial support and consulting on meeting issues such as site selection, programming, registration, etc)
  • CEC support for chapter annual meetings
  • Secure conference insurance for chapters
  • Provide information and general consultation on a variety of chapter management issues (Eg.,accounting, meeting management, publications, legal issues, governance issues, etc).
  • Strategic Planning facilitation and/or review of materials (chapter responsible for travel fees, if required)
  • Travel Arrangement services for speakers through ACSM travel agent (chapter responsible for costs)
  • Workshop/training on chapter administration topics (at Annual Meeting or via teleconference if requested)
  • Assist with planning and on-site logistics for host chapter’s philanthropic or social event at the ACSM Annual Meeting
