National Youth Sports Health and Safety Institute Launches New Podcast: Healthy Youth Sports

Healthy Youth Sports is a new podcast presented by the National Youth Sports Health and Safety Institute (NYSHSI), a community impact program from the American College of Sports Medicine and Sanford Health. Eric Utterback, director of the institute, discusses youth and adolescent sports, injury prevention, physical activity and health with some of the world’s leading subject matter experts. 

The first episode, Youth Football Health & Safety, featuring Thayne Munce, Ph.D., FACSM, is available now.
