To take advantage of discounted hotel rates for the 2025 ACSM Annual Meeting, you must make your reservation through our booking link. Hotel reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served, space available basis. Submit your request as soon as possible for the best opportunity of receiving your hotel choice.

Please be aware that Atlanta United will be playing at Mercedes-Benz Stadium—directly across from the GWCC—on May 25th and May 28th. These games typically attract large crowds, resulting in:
- Limited parking availability
- Increased traffic
- Potential road closures
To avoid delays or issues upon arrival, we recommend the following:
- Reserve parking in advance via this link.
- Consider using rideshare services on high-traffic event days
Orchid Events will send reservation acknowledgments within 24 hours via email if booked online or by telephone. If you do not receive your acknowledgment in this time frame, contact Orchid Events. You will not receive a written confirmation from the hotel.
For the Signia by Hilton: Reservations cancelled after April 18, 2025 will be subject to a $30 processing fee for each room cancelled charged by Orchid Events. Deposit of one night’s room and tax will be forfeited entirely if cancellation occurs within 10 days of arrival date.
All other Hotels: Reservations cancelled after April 18, 2025 will be subject to a $30 processing fee for each room cancelled charged by Orchid Events. Deposit of one night’s room and tax will be forfeited entirely if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of arrival date.
Through May 1, 2025, changes and cancellations can be made online or by contacting Orchid Events via e-mail at help@orchid.events. After May 1, 2025, contact your hotel to make changes and/or cancellations.
CLICK HERE to request a group block for 10 or more rooms. Confirmation and instructions for your room block assignment will be sent within 7-10 business days. The last day to submit a room block request is April 11, 2025.
All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee for deposit of one night’s room and tax for each room reserved. Your credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED during this initial stage and will be held as a GUARANTEE only. Hotels have the right to charge a one night’s room and tax deposit on or after May 2, 2025.
